Telephoto
Specific type of a long focus lens in which the physical length of the lens is shorter than the focal length

Using your knowledge of lenses, what type of lenses do you think have been used to take the following photographs and why?
Telephoto – the leopard looks shorter to the lens than it would appear in actual life, this is the effect the telephoto has.

Wide Angle – the little boys face is closest to the camera that makes it look bigger and goes smaller towards the bottom of his body.

Macro – image of a strawberry has been zoomed up on to, so you are able to see more detail of the fruit.

Long – shows a lot of the surroundings as well as the main object in the shot, which is of the huts.
